We are technology & investment research, advisory and consulting services firm. We provide specialized project design and project finance solutions that focus on design and financing of integrated technology systems for various industries, manufacturing enterprises, technology driven service enterprises, industrial systems and infrastructure projects.
Our mission is to improve income generating opportunities, consistent with the needs of local communities and markets in the United States and abroad. We undertake this mission through provision of research, strategic advisory and consulting services to accelerate job creation, increase number of entrepreneurs and business enterprises, mitigate economic downturn, and stimulate economic and industrial growth.

Summary of our Products/Services:
1. Consulting - Project Design and Project Finance Strategic Advisory Services:
1.1 We assist customers (government, non-profit and private) with research and design of viable turnkey and build-operate-transfer projects to access imvestment funds or attract investors.
1.2 Consulting service includes planning and design of large scale infrastructure projects with related plant & equipment and services in the following industries: oil & gas, renewable energy, agriculture, health, power generation, mining, construction, and aviation.
2. Independent Research and Structured Finance Strategic Advisory Services:
2.1 We deliver research and advisory services to turn around or recover distressed, bankrupt and poorly performing public and/or private corporations through injection capital and/or access to capital, new products/services, new markets, technology upgrades, and new management systems.
2.2 We also present independent research through publications, events, private meetings, and/or custom research/consulting projects
3. Enterprise Research & Design - Creation of Subsidiaries and Joint Ventures
3.1 We research, design, establish, operate and/or sell our own profitable subsidiary manufacturing/service enterprises. Two registered companies for sale or for joint venture participation are Global Vehicle Exchange, a USA vehicle re-selling company and Technologi Vehicles Ghana Ltd, a Ghanaian vehicle re-selling and logistic company.
