Information you submit

The form collects your name, email address, optional organization, area of interest and inquiry message. It also records the time of submission and your agreement to this notice.

How the information is used

NanoResearch uses these details to review and respond to research, engineering and commercialization inquiries. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored in the company-configured database and are accessible to authorized administrative and business staff. When email notifications are configured, inquiry details are sent through the configured transactional email provider to the designated NanoResearch contact.

Operational protection

The inquiry service uses request identifiers to avoid duplicate records. It also maintains short-lived, hashed rate-limit identifiers for abuse protection; these are not used for marketing profiles.

Your choices

Do not submit confidential, export-controlled or other sensitive technical information through the public form. Contact NanoResearch to arrange an appropriate exchange process. You may request correction or deletion of your inquiry information by emailing drdanoye@nanoresearchinc.us, identifying your inquiry reference if available.
