01 / TECHNOLOGY LICENSING
Potential licensing scope includes materials, articles of manufacture, processes and machines. Depending on the selected opportunity, an offering may include applicable patent rights and specified technical know-how, documentation or transfer support.
Explore four categories of NanoResearch inventions. These representative illustrations introduce the licensing scope; invention-specific details are provided separately.

Explore design opportunities for equipment, medical devices and consumer products. Available offerings may include applicable design-patent rights and separately defined reference-design packages.
Permission to use the protected ornamental appearance of an article, such as its shape, configuration or surface ornamentation, within the agreed license scope. Applicable functional technology rights are identified separately.
USPTO: design-patent scope ↗A defined technical package to support development or integration of a product. The agreement identifies included deliverables, permitted use, adaptation rights and support. A reference-design package is not itself a patent category.

Compare fictional conventional and redesigned concepts with matched scale, camera angle and lighting. These studies illustrate design directions; they are not vendor comparisons or a statement that specific patent rights are available.

Separate instrument boxes, visible cable runs, brackets and an open structural frame around the guarded test area.
A coordinated enclosure, integrated interface, organized connector bay and fewer visible external elements, with test access and ventilation retained.
Conceptual industrial design. The images do not establish test capacity, accuracy, guarding compliance, manufacturability or improved performance.

A conventional cart layout with a separate display, console controls, storage and several probe or accessory cables.
A compact tablet-based concept with a wireless-probe dock, AR-guidance eyewear and an organized mobile stand. Intelligent workflow assistance is a proposed feature.
Conceptual medical-device design. Wireless, intelligent and AR functions are proposed, not validated capabilities. No diagnostic performance, clinical benefit or regulatory approval is asserted; the display imagery is illustrative.

A functional box-shaped enclosure with separate buttons, conspicuous vents, visible seams and an exposed filter-service arrangement.
A cohesive rounded enclosure with integrated controls, discreet status lighting, organized airflow openings, a lift handle and a defined filter-access panel.
Conceptual consumer-product design. No verified airflow, filtration, noise, energy, cost or part-count improvement is claimed.
Discuss a design license ↗03 / REFERENCE-DESIGN PACKAGES
The package scope is agreed for the selected design. Depending on availability and the engagement, it may include the following.
A design package does not establish product qualification. Medical-device and other regulated applications require their own design-specific evaluation and applicable approvals.
Discuss a reference design ↗04 / LICENSING PROCESS
Identify the opportunity and application. After an introductory discussion, we can establish appropriate confidentiality arrangements, review available technical and IP information, and discuss evaluation and commercial terms.
Detailed formulations, manufacturing know-how and confidential design files are shared through an agreed process. Please keep confidential information out of the initial inquiry.
